Inside and Out

The project site was humming through the month of July, inside and out. On the exterior, most of our windows and glass systems were installed, giving the building its final shape. Waterproofing systems were completed, and the installation of the finished metal siding has started on the north facade near the railroad tracks. Inside, all the interior walls are receiving their initial priming and finishes. Interior rooms are taking their final shape, and visitors can really start to see how the building will function. In July, the team also installed final HVAC equipment including our main rooftop chiller, which will provide cooling to the building. Next month will see the continuation of the exterior metal siding installation and the beginning of the high-end finish details which will give the building its unique character.
